Q. How do I place an order with St. Francis de Sales?

A. There are four ways to order from us.

You can pay by credit card (we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card) using our online shopping cart system. To do so, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button of the item youd like to purchase from any catalog item page. It will be added to your shopping cart. To complete your purchase, click on the "View Cart/Check Out" link on any page and fill out your credit card and shipping information. If you have any questions, please contact the webmaster.

You can order via Fax. Just print out an order form and fax it, complete with your credit card information, to 724-724-775-0875. Fax only during business hours. (10-5 Eastern M-F)

You can mail us an order. Just print out an order form and send it with a personal check, money order, or credit card information to: St. Francis de Sales Catholic Books and Gifts 453 3rd Street, Beaver, PA 15009

Or you can order via telephone. To do so, call the toll free number (1-800-364-1455). We will be glad to take credit card and shipping information over the phone. Please allow up to 10 days for standard delivery. We do not take credit card information via email in order to protect your privacy.

Q. How do I ask questions about the catalog or get more information about a product?

A. Please email us at any time with questions. You may use the email links on the website or simply write to us at dave@stfrancisdesales.com. We carry many products which are not listed in our catalog, so please contact us with questions or special order requests. We are here to serve you! Q. What about shipping? A. Shipping for all orders under $100 is done via USPS with delivery confirmation. All orders over $100 are done via UPS. There is a flat shipping fee of $6.95 on all orders. In the case of international orders, additional shipping will be added based on your location and your specific needs. Overnight or 2-day shipping upgrades are available. Q. What about returns or exchanges?

A. We are very happy to exchange items that have defects or that arrive in a damaged condition. We ask that you pay the return postage and we will send the new item to you postage free. If you simply want to return an item that is not defective or damaged, there is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items.

Q. Can I receive a catalog through the mail?

A. We regret that we do not have a complete store catalog to send you, but please call or email at any time and we will be happy to help you find the item that you need.

Q. Do you charge sales tax?

A. All orders shipped to PA will include a 6% sales tax.
