 Shipping:

Shipping for all orders is done via USPS with delivery confirmation. There is a flat shipping fee of $6.95 on all orders. In the case of international orders, additional shipping will be added based on your location and your specific needs. Overnight or 2-day shipping upgrades are available. Call for specific pricing, Email us with questions or call us toll free at 1-800-364-1455. Please allow up to 10 days for standard delivery. Engraved items need an additional day to process even if being shipped by next day rates.

Returns:

We are very happy to exchange items that have been sent in error, that have defects, or that arrive in a damaged condition. We will pay return postage and send you a new item without charge in such cases. If you would simply like to return an item, we ask that you pay the return postage. All returned items that are not mistakes on our part or defective will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
