Q. How do I place an order with St. Francis de Sales?
A. There are four ways to order from us.
- You can pay by credit card (we accept Visa, Master Card,
Discover Card) using our online shopping cart system. To do
so, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button of the
item you'd like to purchase from any catalog item page. It will
be added to your shopping cart. To complete your purchase, click
on the "View Cart/Check Out" link on any page and fill
out your credit card and shipping information. If you have any
questions, please contact the webmaster.
- You can order via Fax. Just print out an order
form and fax it, complete with your credit card information,
to 724-846-9903.
- You can mail us an order. Just print out an order
form and send it with a personal check, money order, or credit
card information to:

- Or you can order via telephone. To do so, call the toll free

Q. How do I ask questions about the catalog or get more information
about a product?

We carry many products which are not listed in our catalog, so please
contact us with questions or special order requests. We are here

Q. What about shipping?
A. Shipping for all orders is done via USPS with delivery confirmation. There is a flat shipping
fee of $6.95 on all orders. In the case of international orders,
additional shipping will be added based on your location and your
specific needs.

Q. What about returns or exchanges?
A. We are very happy to exchange items that have been sent in error, that have defects,
or that arrive in a damaged condition. We will pay return postage and send you a new item without charge in such cases. If you would simply like to return an item, we ask that you pay the return
postage. All returned items that are not mistakes on our part or defective will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Q. Can I receive a catalog through the mail?
A. We regret that we do not have a complete store catalog to
send you, but please call or email
at any time and we will be happy to help you find the item that
you need. If we don't have it, let us find it for you!
Q. What about international orders?
A. We are now accepting international orders. Additional shipping
costs will be added based on your location and your specific needs.
